Can we post or reply in English?
I have read the forum rules but it only says (11. 發表內容一律使用正式的書面語，請勿使用廣東話，注音文，火星文..等非正式或共通性的語言)。
It does not say anything about English. I can read Chinese but I am really really slow in typing it. I am just wondering if I can post or reply in English?

原則上視各區的版規而定。
不過關於字數方面的規定，基本上大多一個「英文單字」視為一個「中文字」。
